1. Nature of Estimates All "Free Estimates" or "Compare Now" quotes provided via https://www.homegrown-projects.com are non-binding, good-faith approximations. A legally binding price and scope of work are only established through a separate, signed written construction contract. Home Grown Projects reserves the right to adjust pricing based on site inspections, material fluctuations, or undisclosed structural issues.

2. Product Sales & Custom Work Home Grown Projects sells custom-made home decor (e.g., wine racks, shelving). By purchasing, you acknowledge that wood is a natural material with variations in grain, color, and texture. Custom orders are non-refundable. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper installation by the customer or third parties.

3. Site Access & Safety For service-based projects, the client agrees to provide safe access to the property. Home Grown Projects is not liable for delays caused by restricted access, inclement weather, or "acts of God."

4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification To the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law, Home Grown Projects’ total liability for any claim arising out of your use of this website or our products shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Grown Projects and Hayden Kanikkeberg from any claims resulting from your breach of these terms.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Latah County, Idaho.
